What is included in the Report?
Our comprehensive Building and Pest Reports cover all accessible areas, including subfloor, roof interior, roof exterior and general perimeter and grounds of the property, reporting on defects accompanied by photos and relevant recommendations.
Can I be present during the inspection?
Unlike larger companies, we welcome our clients to be present for the duration of the inspection and are happy to guide you through our process and explain any defective items as they arise.
Are you insured?
All our inspectors are fully insured and licenced.
When will I receive my report?
Reports are issued within 48 hours of conducting the inspection. If you require a faster turn around time please specify when scheduling your booking.
